Product Information
- Wipe with dry toilet paper (Once you’re more familiar with Wype you can decide if you prefer to dry wipe first or go straight in with some cleansing gel!).
- Once you are ready, fold the toilet paper as you normally would, then hold the bottle upright and press the button to release the gel onto the surface of the applicator, no need to tip it upside down!
- Wipe the gel off the applicator with your loo roll. Our applicator’s specially designed circular pattern will help you distribute the gel evenly.
- Go ahead: Wype and repeat as many times as you like, and you're ready to go!
- Some people who are not used to a wet feeling prefer to dry up with dry toilet paper, but that is up to you! Wype is rinse-free and will not leave a residue.

Wype is a toilet tissue gel that can help you boost your intimate hygiene, while acting as a more sustainable wet wipe alternative. Wiping with dry toilet paper can lead to irritation and simply doesn't do the job. Try wiping with dry toilet paper until you're satisfied, and then use Wype for a fresh finish! You will see that there was still something there. Wype will glide on smoothly and leave you feeling fresh and moisturised.
Wet wipes as we know them are riddled with plastic fibres that break down into microplastics that taint the environment. This is unsustainable; even though many wet wipes market themselves as ‘flushable’, they’re still harmful despite the very necessary hygienic benefits that they offer.

Hell yeah! Wype is gender-neutral, unscented, and meant to help you identify as clean – and nothing else.
You can use Wype externally, wherever you want to feel cleansed and refreshed. However, please note that Wype’s formula was not designed to remove makeup and is for external use only.
Absolutely! Wype is dermatologically approved, hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin – it’s even newborn-friendly! If you are particularly concerned, do a patch test before you start using it daily, and discontinue if there are any signs of irritation.
You betcha! Because Wype is gentle on sensitive skin, it’s ideal for cleaning grown up and baby bums alike. We know infants can get through a lot of wet wipes - and we know that the hygiene they provide is essential. Wype provides the same level of cleanliness and protection without harmful effects on the environment.
As an intimate cleansing gel, Wype is PH balanced and safe to use but as with any cleansing product, be mindful to avoid stripping your natural flora with excessive cleansing. Most people don’t have any problems at all with the formulation, but everybody is different. If you feel like you might be having a reaction, discontinue use and let us know.

Wype Refill’s dispenser button is safely protected by a closed cap, and our 100ml bottle is safe to take as a carry-on on planes. Wype Mini’s applicator pump has a twisting self-lock mechanism so no matter how clumsy you are, it will not spill. In short, you can take Wype on trips, to the gym, the office, camping, and wherever else you want.
Yes! Since Wype is water-soluble and made using natural ingredients, Wype is completely safe for septic systems and all other systems that are capable of processing greywater.

We wanted Wype to be as natural as possible, and to have the perfect texture so that it wouldn’t penetrate the surface of the toilet paper and break it down while using it. Our formula is certified COSMOS Organic by the UK’s Soil Association and packed with a blend of botanicals that will leave you feeling clean, moisturised, and ready to take on the world!
Yes, all of our ingredients are vegan-friendly. We are proud to be certified by the Vegan Society.

Packaging
Your Wype will arrive in a recycled cardboard mailer which you can recycle further in your household recycling. Our 100ml pump is built to last and made to be reused, while our refills and 30ml bottles are made of recycled and infinitely recyclable aluminium, so when you’re done with them, simply put them in your household recycling where they’ll go on to live another life as a can, a plane, a car, or even another Wype bottle!
Our refillable applicator is our pride and joy! We took all our customer feedback from our previous products and came up with something that would make Wyping as easy and sustainable as possible. Our custom (and patent-pending!) design allows you to operate the applicator single-handed, and at the touch of a button our circular dispenser pattern spreads the gel out in the perfect way for you. Use our handy loop to keep Wype close and off grimy surfaces whenever (and wherever) you need.
We also chose to use and aluminium bottle for our refills because it is infinitely recyclable. This makes it more sustainable and energy friendly in the long-run that recycled and even bioplastics. In fact, 75% of all aluminium ever produced is still in circulation, while only around 9% of plastics is.

Our applicators are built to last but remember to close your Wype’s lid when not in use, as the hinge might get damaged if left open when carried.
If you wish to keep your applicator in top shape, remember to close it between uses, as the gel inside the dispenser may otherwise solidify and clog some of the dispensing holes. If that should happen, unscrew the applicator and clean the surface with warm water. If this still doesn’t clear the blockage, then simply cover the holes that are functioning correctly with your finger and press the button to force the gel out of the blocked holes, removing the solidified gel.

Shipping & Returns
We offer free standard shipping (most orders should arrive in 2-4 days) on all orders over £20 within the UK, and all subscription orders of our Refill Twin Pack regardless of price! Express and overnight shipping is now available at an extra cost too. Please note that our overnight shipping timeframe does not include our 1-2 day processing time and our warehouse does not operate over the weekend. Thank you for your understanding.
Our standard shipping service is Royal Mail 48 which should take 2 days to arrive (i.e. an order placed on Monday before 2pm should arrive on Wednesday). However, this is not a guarantee, and while most of our orders arrive within 2-4 days, during busy periods such as Christmas this can take longer. Delivery to remote parts of the UK such as the Scottish Highland and the Western Isles can also see increased delivery times.

We do offer international shipping at £7.99 per order to Europe and £9.99 to the rest of the World. Please note that if you select an international address for your shipping, you will not need to pay UK VAT (i.e. your order will be 20% cheaper at checkout), but you may need to pay additional taxes and import fees to the courier directly for them to get your order released at customs. This fee is solely your responsibility!
We are working on a way to simplify this process for our international customers by collecting these fees and taxes at checkout, and we expect to have this up and running in March/April of this year.
We regret that at this stage we are not able to offer shipping to Spain as the Spanish authorities require a special import licence for our product.

If there are any problems or defects with your order, then we would be happy to provide you with either a full refund or to send you a replacement product.
