‘The Monthly Drop-pings’ Terms & Conditions

1. The Prize Draw will commence on Thursday 1st May 2025 and will continue on a monthly basis until discontinued by Wype Ltd, the “Promoter”.
2. This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.
3. Internet access required to participate. To enter you will need to provide your name, surname, sample quantity and email address to the Promoter by completing the online form. Only one entry is allowed per person. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude blatant attempts to breach the terms of the competition or to circumvent the single entry rule, such entries will not be accepted. No purchase is necessary. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. Following entrance into that Month’s Prize Draw, the entrant will not be automatically entered into any following month’s Prize Draw.
4. All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice available at Our Privacy Policy.
   
5. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.
6. Prize Draw winners will be selected at random from all entries received. There shall be one monthly prize winner.
7. The winner will be notified by email within 1 week of the prize draw. If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received, so please ensure your email address and contact details are correct. Winners have 7 days to respond and confirm their prize acceptance. If no response is received, the Promoter will select a replacement winner.
8. All prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
9. By entering the Prize Draw each entrant accepts to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to:
    - Refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions
    - Postpone, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw at any time
    - Amend these terms and conditions at any time, including changing or substituting the prize.
11. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
