Amazon Survey Prize Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Wype Ltd, whose registered address is Unit 25, Park Royal
Works, London, NW10 7LQ ("the Promoter").

2. The promotion

This prize draw (the "Draw") gives eligible participants who complete the Promoter's survey and provide their contact details, during the entry period below, the chance to win the prize described in clause 7. No purchase is necessary and entry is free.

3. No affiliation with Boots

This Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Boots UK Limited, Boots.com, or any related entity. "Boots" and "Boots.com" are trademarks of their respective owners. Although the Promoter's products are stocked in Boots stores, Boots has no involvement in this promotion and no responsibility in connection with it.

4. Eligibility

  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
  • Entrants must be resident in the United Kingdom.
  • Employees and agents of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Draw are not eligible to enter.
  • The Promoter may require proof of age, identity, and UK residency before awarding the prize. Failure to provide this may result in disqualification.

5. How to enter

  • To enter, complete the survey in full and provide a valid email address (and any other requested contact details) during the entry period.
  • No purchase is necessary.
  • Only one entry per person. Duplicate, automated, or bulk entries will be disqualified.
  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received for any reason.

6. Entry period

The Draw opens on 10/06/2026 and closes at 11:59on 30/10/2026  (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after this time will not be entered into the Draw.

7. The prize

  • The prize is £250 to spend at Boots.com, awarded in the form of e-gift cards.
  • There is one (1) prize available.
  • The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part.
  • The prize is subject to availability and to any terms and conditions imposed by the gift card issuer.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

8. Winner selection

  • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.
  • The draw will be conducted using a random selection process, supervised by an independent person or by a process that ensures a fair and random result, after the Closing Date.

9. Winner notification

  • The winner will be notified by email by 23:59 on 31 October 2026, using the email address provided at entry.
  • The winner must respond to claim the prize within [14] days of the date of notification.
  • If the winner does not respond within this period, cannot be contacted, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

10. Use of personal data

  • The Promoter will process entrants' personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Personal data provided will be used to administer the Draw and survey analysis; marketing, where the entrant has consented.
  • Full details of how the Promoter uses personal data are set out in its Privacy Policy at www.wypeuk.com/pages/privacy.
  • The Promoter may publish, or make available on request, the surname and county of the winner. The winner may ask the Promoter to limit the amount of such information made available; the Promoter will provide details to the relevant regulator on request where required.

11. Limitation of liability

  • Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, cost, or disappointment arising from participation in the Draw or from acceptance or use of the prize.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Draw, or to amend these terms, where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
  • The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • By entering the Draw, entrants confirm that they accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • This promotion and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
